Welcome to Tickzim — Zimbabwe’s event ticketing platform

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Tickzim and apply to all event organizers, buyers, and visitors using the platform. By accessing or using Tickzim, you agree to these terms.

1. About Tickzim

Tickzim is an online platform that allows event planners and organizers to list events and sell tickets online, while allowing buyers to purchase tickets for those events.

2. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering or purchasing a ticket.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
You agree not to use Tickzim for fraud, illegal activity, or abuse of the platform.

3. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases made through Tickzim are subject to availability and confirmation by the event organizer.

        Buyers are fully responsible for checking the event name, date, venue, ticket type, and all event details before making payment.
        If you purchase a ticket for the wrong event, wrong date, wrong category, or by mistake, Tickzim will not issue a refund.
        Please trust your plan and confirm every detail carefully before completing your purchase.
      

4. Refund Policy

Tickets bought for the wrong event, wrong date, wrong ticket type, or made by buyer mistake are not refundable.
Refunds may only be considered where an event is cancelled, postponed, or where the organizer approves a refund.
Tickzim reserves the right to review refund requests according to the event organizer’s policy.

5. Event Organizer Responsibility

Event organizers are responsible for ensuring that event information provided on Tickzim is correct, including event name, time, location, pricing, and ticket availability.

Tickzim is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or issues caused directly by the organizer.

6. Platform Availability

We aim to keep Tickzim available and running smoothly at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend, update, or modify the platform at any time without notice.

7. Prohibited Use

Using stolen payment details or false information
Attempting to hack, damage, or interfere with the platform
Reselling tickets in a fraudulent or misleading way
Uploading false, offensive, or illegal event content

8. Limitation of Liability

Tickzim acts as a platform between buyers and organizers. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tickzim shall not be liable for losses, damages, delays, cancellations, or disputes arising from an event or ticket purchase.

9. Changes to Terms

Tickzim may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
